A. Introduction

  1. These Terms of Sale set out the terms and conditions on which products are supplied to you as a “client” on www.xcooling.com (or just “Xcooling”). The operator of the Site is SORS LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United Arab Emirates.
  2. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order via the Site. By placing an order on the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Sale with immediate effect.
  • B. Order Acceptance

  1. Order Acceptance. “Xcooling” acceptance of your order will take place when we notify you of our acceptance in writing (e.g. by email or mobile messaging). If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing or through a call and will not charge you for the product.
  2. Payment. By placing an order, you authorize “Xcooling” to collect payment by,
    1. cash on delivery
  3. Cancelling Order. “buyer” may cancel order immediately prior to shipping for any reason.
  4. Our Cancellation. “Xcooling” reserves the right to cancel your order without any liability & will inform the “client” by email or call (No payment is collected).
  • C. Delivery & taxes

  1. Delivery Costs. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our Site.
  2. Delivery Date. This information will be confirmed by Email, call or official written quote after contacting the “client”.
  3. Delivery Delays:
    1. If our supply of the product is delayed by an event outside of our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.
    2. If no one is available at “client” address to take delivery, we will notify you of how to collect the products;
    3. If “client” do not collect the product from us as arranged or if, after a failed delivery due to “client” related reasons, “Xcooling” reserve the right to charge for the delivery.
  4. Tax. All prices shown are excluding taxes & delivery charges. These will be added at final quote or final online purchase process.

 

 

  • D. Returns /replacements / refund

  1. Within 3 days from delivery date, The “client” has the right to return (exchange or ask for replacement or refund if “Xcooling” do not have same product) the received products if:

“client” have received a product that is not as described on the Site; or have received a damaged product.

And this is not related to any warranty.

 

  1. Refund amount: The full invoice amount including delivery & taxes.
  2. Refund Timescale: refund will be initiated once product is received back in our warehouse and inspected by our team, and the final refund will be received by you within 3 to 30 working days.

 

  • E. Warranty.

Any warranty information would be shown on product page, official quote & invoices.

3rd party products warranty are managed by vendor & not by “Xcooling”. However, “Xcooling” offers free assistance & basic support.
